Osteoporosis And Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Bones are very strong and they act as support and protection for all vital organs of the body. Hardness of the bones can be attributed to high calcium and phosphate content in them. Fractures occur only when  high pressure is applied and even when fractures occur the underlying organs are undamaged. Even teeth are made of calcium and phosphate. When there is a calcium deficiency in the body the calcium levels are adjusted by decrease of calcium excretion through urine. When calcium deficiency cannot be compensated by limiting the excretion then osteoporosis occurs . osteoporosis is not a common phenomenon and can be easily avoided by calcium rich food intake.

There have been a number of controversies over Extenze which is said to be the best one for men. But Extenze is a product that has caused illness to many. Also Extenze is not very reliable. There are few groups that are prone to osteoporosis they are : Post menopausal women  , children , pregnant women , post menopausal women. In post menopausal women there is a significant decrease in the amount of oestrogen circulating in the body so calcium utilization is decreased resulting in osteoporosis. Hormone replacement therapy helps a lot in such cases , this treatment involves in injection of female hormones. In people over 65 and children high calcium intake is the only option. In pregnant women osteoporosis occurs if there is a severe calcium deficiency this is over come by special doses of calcium through tablets. The main danger of osteoporosis is that bones become more liable to fracture. calcium rich items are eggs meat , milk and green leafy vegetables. Excess use of calcium tablets may result in hypercalcemia.
